Read Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your device before first use. An assembly video is available above.

Inserting the rollers

Fig. 2 — Inserting the rollers — align axles into the bearings on each handle

Step 1

Insert the Rollers

  1. Insert the rollers between the two handles (Right “R” and Left “L”). Each handle has two axles that must be inserted into the bearing on each side of the roller.
  2. Roller position: The Solid Gray roller must be installed in the upper position; the Soft Gray roller must be installed in the lower position.
  3. Orientation: Ensure that the “R” side of each roller faces the R handle. This will automatically align the “L” side with the L handle.

⚠
CautionRollers must be installed in the correct direction. Reversed installation will cause device malfunction. Always install the stiffer roller in the upper position and the softer roller in the lower position.

Step 2

Secure with Bolts

  1. Once the rollers are positioned between the two handles, insert the bolts all the way through from left to right.

PART II

How to Use

3

Setting the Rebound Control

The Power J Gym® PJG3 features an adjustable Rebound System that allows you to customize the opening gap of the device for optimal performance and comfort during your workouts.

Once set, the device will automatically reopen to your selected gap during the passive phase of each repetition, allowing you to focus entirely on the active phase without manually repositioning the device.

Initial Setup

Before using your Power J Gym® PJG3 for the first time, you must configure the Rebound System:

  1. Ensure that the red internal switch is in the ON position.
  2. To operate the Rebound Control, hold the device with your left hand by the upper roller only, keeping the lower roller completely free (Fig. 2).
  3. With your right hand, turn the Rebound Control Knob counterclockwise to open the device to your desired gap and rebound strength.

Fig. 2 — Turning the Rebound Control knob counterclockwise to set the gap

The device will remain open at the selected setting. During use, squeeze the handles to perform your workout stroke. When you release pressure, the Rebound System will automatically reposition the device for the next repetition — no manual reopening required.

Gap Adjustment — Click Settings

Starting from the fully closed position, the Rebound System has up to 6 clicks. Each click opens the gap one step further and increases rebound strength.

Clicks 1–4 usually engage on their own as the device opens, either by spreading the rollers apart or by turning the knob. Clicks 5 and 6 require turning the knob firmly counterclockwise, always holding the device by the upper roller only, with the lower roller free.

  • 1 to 3 Clicks: Minimal opening. Provides light surface contact and softer rebound. Ideal for warm-up.
  • 4 Clicks: Moderate opening with increased rebound strength. Suitable for warm-up or lighter sessions.
  • 5 to 6 Clicks (Recommended): Maximum gap and strongest rebound. Suitable for full workout sessions.
Incorrect way to set the Rebound Control: gripping both handles keeps the device closed

Fig. 3 — Incorrect: squeezing the handles keeps the device closed, so the knob cannot open it

Common Mistake

If you squeeze the handles, or hold both rollers together, while turning the knob, your own grip holds the device shut. The knob cannot open it, and it may seem as if the Rebound System is not working.

The fix: release the handles, hold the device by the upper roller only with your left hand, and turn the knob with your right hand (Fig. 2).

⚠ How you hold it matters — the wrong grip keeps the device from opening

✓ CORRECT — Fig. 2

Hold the device with your left hand by the upper roller only, leaving the lower roller free. Then turn the Rebound Control Knob counterclockwise with your right hand. The device opens freely to the gap you set.

✕ INCORRECT — Fig. 3

Gripping both handles, or holding both rollers together in one hand, while turning the knob. Your grip squeezes the device shut, so it cannot open and the gap will not set.

⚠
Caution Once the red switch is in the ON position and the device has been opened using the Rebound Control Knob, the roller gap cannot be reduced while the device remains open. To reduce the gap, switch the device to OFF and fully close it before readjusting.
4

Setting the Traction Roller System

After configuring the Rebound Control, you can further customize your workout using the Roller Traction Control System, adjusted via the side knobs on the right handle.

Traction Control knobs: turn to increase or decrease resistance

Fig. 4 — Traction Control knobs: turn to increase (+) or decrease (−) resistance

Roller Position Rationale

Always install the softer roller in the lower position and the stiffer roller in the upper position. This is by design: the upper penile tissues (corpora cavernosa) are structurally firmer than the softer tissues on the underside. This configuration maximizes exercise effectiveness while maintaining safety and comfort.

Adjusting Traction

The side knobs control the amount of Forward Traction applied to each roller during the active phase of your workout:

  • Each roller can be adjusted independently.
  • It is not required to set the same traction level on both rollers.
  • Recommended: Apply slightly more tension to the upper roller due to its greater tissue resistance.
  • You may allow the lower roller to spin freely while applying traction only to the upper roller.
ℹ
Note When traction is applied to both rollers simultaneously, overall resistance increases significantly. Any traction level set on the upper roller will effectively double in combined effect if the same level is also applied to the lower roller. The tighter the knob, the greater the roller resistance and forward traction — always adjust according to your comfort level and workout intensity.
5

Changing the Rollers

To replace the rollers, follow these steps:

  1. Unscrew the bolts by turning the bolt heads on the left handle until they are fully released.
  2. Carefully separate the device — from the right handle toward the left handle — to release the rollers.
  3. Remove the roller to be replaced.
  4. Install the new roller in the correct orientation. The “R” side of the roller must align with the R handle. Rollers are designed to function in one direction only. Incorrect installation will prevent proper operation.
  5. Reassemble by following the Assembly Instructions (Section 2) in reverse order.
  6. Ensure all components are properly aligned and securely tightened before use.
6

7

Recommended Workout Routine

Before You Begin

  • Erection level: Approximately 80%. You should be neither fully flaccid nor fully erect. This level provides optimal tissue condition for the exercise.

Warm-Up Phase (First 2 Minutes)

  • Perform fast, light strokes using fingertip pressure on the handles — avoid a full-handed grip during warm-up.
  • Keep the traction control knobs loose so the rollers spin freely.
  • Rebound setting: 1 to 3 clicks for lighter resistance during warm-up.

Active Workout Phase

  • After 2 minutes of warm-up, gradually tighten the traction control knobs.
  • Focus tightening on the upper roller first, as the underside of the penis has more sensitive skin.
  • Gradually increase handle pressure by closing the device more firmly with both hands. The handles are designed to withstand this force.
  • As the routine progresses, you may increase tension on the lower roller as well.

Routine Parameters

  • Duration: 10 to 15 minutes per session.
  • Frequency: 6 days per week. Take one full rest day to allow for recovery and optimize results.
  • Consistency: Regular, consistent use is essential to achieving results.
ℹ
Lubrication Lubrication is not required for normal use. If you prefer to use one, select only a water-based lubricant. Oil-based lubricants will damage the rollers and void the warranty.
8

Device Care and Storage

The Power J Gym® PJG3 is a maintenance-free device. No internal servicing is required.

  • Waterproof: The device can be used in the shower or in contact with water.
  • Cleaning: Wash with water and mild soap as needed. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.
